The Gift of Gaming: Game Releases for 6/28/10

We’re heading in to the 4th of July Weekend and you have two options. Go out, get some fresh air, watch fireworks explode and be patriotic. Or, stay inside and play video games. I think the choice is obvious. Grab some Mountain Dew and sit down! All that barbecue is unhealthy and there’s enough light emanating from your TV to give you healthy glow. Got a spot of bad news this week to start us off. Seems Dead Rising 2 has been delayed. That’s right folks. It seems that zombies will be walking to stores in September. We look forward to a lil’ zombie decapitation then.

How many of you remember playing the Kings Quest games on the old computer? Well for a while now there’s been one in the works under the name Silver Lining, not a official adaptation until now though. It seems that phoenix online has been given the go ahead to make the game, meaning it can now be finished. Watch the trailer here!
